Are you experienced in digital marketing consultation, marketing account management, or a marketing support for franchised concepts? Buxton is seeking to add an account manager and digital marketing consultant to our team. The Marketing Specialist Account Manager will support marketing initiatives for our clients who consist of retailers, restaurants, and healthcare providers. The primary objective of this role is to support clients who utilize our local store marketing application (LSMx). This is accomplished by delivering world-class consultation and problem-solving for marketing decision makers within our client organizations.
Ideal candidates can quickly gain our clients’ confidence as their go-to advisers for marketing questions.
What you'll be doing:
- Meeting with clients to ascertain marketing goals and align LSMx capabilities
- Working with the marketing team to develop collateral to assist in selling
- Articulating quality metrics that define success
- Working with the existing LSMx team to support a variety of product design, development and execution functions
- Training Sales, Account Management and other teams on value proposition and product positioning
- Generating reports that analyze customers and monitor overall product performance
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Passion, strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- An innate ability to work with various departments to market, sell and produce the best product on the market
- Experience presenting formally and informally both in-person and via web or phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
