Description

Coordinating data-driven projects to ensure deliverables are to scope, on budget, and on time

Reviewing project scope and objectives to ensure feasibility

Performing risk management to minimize project risks

Reporting and escalating project issues as needed

Creating and maintaining project documentation

Coordinating and facilitating internal meetings

Providing accurate and timely updates for the project team, on a daily/weekly basis

Contributing to other projects and plans which help achieve the goals of the company

Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Clarizen are a plus


Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Geography, Mathematics, Business or related degree preferred

1-2 years of experience managing projects from start to finish

Strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail

Ability to develop and maintain good relations and communication with team members at all hierarchical levels

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Strong team spirit

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
